The Natural Taste of Tobacco
We constantly strive to improve our Snus using ingredients found around us, but always want the natural flavour of tobacco to shine. The quality of the tobacco is paramount, as well as, the careful selection and processing of the leaves themselves. Unlike most, we only use the leaves of the tobacco plant. Our Snus therefore has a higher nicotine content from the start which enables us to lower the pH-value in the finished product for a more gentle impact on the mouth and gums. The nicotine dispersal can be spread out more evenly so that each pouch lasts longer.
A Recipe for Success
We use modern manufacturing techniques to produce Snus with a high and consistent quality while following the highest standards of hygiene. We use premium quality local tobacco, spring water from Ngong hills near Nairobi, sea salt from the Indian Ocean and natural soda (sodium carbonate) from Lake Magadi to regulate the pH-value. The only other ingredients added are for moisture preservation and flavour profile which are also kept local and natural. At the plant, our Master Blender employs local staff who have been taught the traditional craft of producing Swedish Snus.
